My husband and I were delighted to get an offer above home report value for our home just 2 weeks after putting it on the market. Liam and Lisa were both super helpful and professional throughout the whole process and made it much less stressful than we thought it would be. Liam was able to come out and take photos and arrange the surveyor to do the home report just a day after we arranged to sell our house with them, before putting it on all the big sites and on social media. Their communication throughout was excellent – Liam or Lisa would contact me each day after viewings with feedback and details of new viewers, as they had taken my availability in advance. All done for a great price as well. Would highly recommend.
